This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage CVAlign uses, why, and how you can control them. If you have questions, email support@cvalign.cloud.
What cookies and browser storage are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Sites can also keep information in your browser with local storage and IndexedDB. In this policy, "cookies" covers all of these.
Some cookies are strictly necessary: the site cannot work without them, so they don't need your consent. Others are optional, and we only use them if you agree.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept advertising cookies. Until you choose, and if you reject them, Google's ad tags run in a restricted mode that does not read or write ad cookies. You can change your choice at any time.
Strictly necessary
These are always on. Most are stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.

Advertising (optional)
Free plan users see ads from Google in the Resume Studio. Our home, pricing and legal pages don't show ads, and Pro and Premium users never see them. Only if you accept advertising cookies, Google may set cookies such as these to personalize ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure results.

Analytics
We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
Other ways to control cookies
- Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page to change your choice.
- Delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. This also deletes your saved drafts and versions on that device, and signs you out.
- Manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.
Changes to this policy
If we start using new kinds of cookies, we will update this page and ask for your choice again where needed.
